Return Policy for Online Purchases

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for online purchases, provided the jewelry is returned in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Orders over AUD$500 are subject to a 10% restocking fee.

Note: Free gifts must be returned with qualifying purchases, or the value of the gift will be deducted from the total return.


Conditions:

    • Earrings cannot be returned due to health regulations.
    • Items showing signs of wear, engraving, alterations, resizing, or damage cannot be accepted for return. Items returned with evidence of wear or additional workmanship from other jewelers will be returned at the sender’s expense.
    • This policy does not extend to Bespoke/Customized Orders or Solid Gold items. However, if found faulty, these items are covered by our Manufacturing Guarantee (see above).
    • Desert Diamonds Authorized Distributor and DD Global Ltd are not liable for any loss or damage of goods during transit.
    • The original delivery charge is non-refundable.
    • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs and any taxes incurred on returns.
    • Refunds, when requested, will be provided less the original postage charge and any bank/merchant fees incurred for the sale transaction.

Returns procedure

To return or exchange your jewelry selection, follow these steps:

    1. Contact your Desert Diamonds Distributor via email with your name, contact details, order number, and reason for return. We will provide the return address and procedure.
    2. Return the shipment via a trackable courier service, with all original packaging and insured for loss or damage.  Do not describe the shipment as jewelry or diamonds to avoid theft.

We strive for accurate product descriptions and specifications.  However, product colors may vary due to browser software or computer systems.
